About Dictatorship diversophy®

In this game, you will explore the cultural dynamics of major political and social tendencies toward autocracy in contemporary societies. You will see the steps in their conception, development, and execution, gaining insight into how such systems take shape and impact people’s lives.

Using the gamified diversophy® methodology, the game provides a facilitated safe space where participants can share and connect with one another around delicate contemporary issues. These topics are often left unexplored in professional intercultural discourse due to conflict-avoidance tendencies, despite their increasingly dominant role in shaping the metanarratives of societies worldwide.

The game emphasizes that conflict avoidance must be replaced by effective conflict management if we are to maintain peace and defend democracy. By engaging with others in this structured format, players can openly discuss diverse perspectives on public political discourse and behavior, and critically examine their effects on the creation and implementation of destructive forms of governance.

About Our Workshop Series

diversophy® workshop series/game sessions are attended by participants from around the world and explores the benefit of intercultural training tools in the form of games. We focus on gamification as a dynamic process of building successful relationships in organizations and communities.

diversophy® technology has successfully enabled acculturation in numerous countries around the world, thanks to its capability of creating a safe atmosphere for contact, communication, mutual acceptance, respect, and trust.

Participants will have the opportunity to play each week a different game chosen out of 70 diversophy® topics currently available. Each player will explore effective gaming strategy while enjoying a safe and fun atmosphere for learning and interaction. As a result, participants are encouraged to organize and use valuable elements of their knowledge and experience as they acquire new skills needed in diverse interpersonal relationships.
