Canada, the second largest country in the world, is composed of 10 provinces and 3 territories. Quebec is the largest of the 10 provinces, and situated in the Eastern part of the country, bordering partly the Atlantic ocean. It represents a 1.5 million square kilometers land area and over 12,000 km of mixed types of borders. Not only is it unique in Canada for its French history and culture, but it is also rich and diversity via immigration and Canadian mobility. This game will facilitate discovery for those who visit for tourism throughout the four seasons it offers, and for those who foresee an immigration project. It will provide you with solid facts and introduce you to interesting features of Quebec culture and practices as well as useful everyday information for those doing business with organizations, academia, and colleagues in and from Quebec.
About Our Workshop Series
diversophy® workshop series/game sessions are attended by participants from around the world and explores the benefit of intercultural training tools in the form of games. We focus on gamification as a dynamic process of building successful relationships in organizations and communities.
diversophy® technology has successfully enabled acculturation in numerous countries around the world, thanks to its capability of creating a safe atmosphere for contact, communication, mutual acceptance, respect, and trust.
Participants will have the opportunity to play each week a different game chosen out of 70 diversophy® topics currently available. Each player will explore effective gaming strategy while enjoying a safe and fun atmosphere for learning and interaction. As a result, participants are encouraged to organize and use valuable elements of their knowledge and experience as they acquire new skills needed in diverse interpersonal relationships.
