Developed by Olena Shliakhovchuk. Olena holds a degree in Linguistics and a degree in  Philosophy and Cultures. She is currently a PHD candidate,focusing her research around intercultural and cross-cultural communication research methods and cultural identity. Olena is bilingual (Ukrainian and Russian), speaks fluent English and Spanish. Her experience of visiting a huge range of countries and involvement in numerous international projects including Peace Corps propelled her into intercultural consultancy specializing on delivering cross-cultural and repatriation trainings to employees at middle and senior management levels and to youth. She also provides interactive webinars and workshops on Ukrainian, Belarusian, Russian lifestyle, mentality and business practices and teaches at the National University in Kyiv.
