Acculturation challenges for young Russian migrants in Finland

In June 2018, Daria Voitenko, our recent diversophy® Intern, successfully submitted her thesis Acculturation challenges for young Russian migrants in Finland. Contributing to the New Horizons Finland youth game. Daria’s excellently researched and insightful dissertation is available at our page Training Materials - free download for those interested in applying diversophy® to social, educational and community groups.

Daria is a third-year student in the International Business and Business Administration Degree Programme at JAMK University of Applied Sciences in Finland, Steven Crawford, Senior Lecturer of Cross-Cultural Management at JAMK, comments:

Daria’s thesis passed the committee and was scored a 5/5. Very good work, and the best “cultural” thesis ever produced in my track. She now has a free pass to advanced studies.
It was a good partnership and the work is far beyond our school’s scope of a bachelor’s thesis. Congratulations, Daria, on your exceptional results! We will miss you at JAMK!

Congratulations, Daria from all your diversophy® Team colleagues! We wish you every success! It is probably a great relief to be done with it, though it probably will, in several ways, be a launchpad for directions you want to take.
