Often passed from one empire to another, today Romania is again coming to its own, moving slowly and worryingly in the direction of full integration into the life of the European Union. Adrienne Rubatos, MBA, M.Sc., grew up in Romania. During her Engineering studies she resettled in Germany. As part of her extensive international management experience she served as a Global Key Account Manager for some mobile communication giants.Today as an independent OD and intercultural consultant, trainer and coach she works for multinationals both in Western and Eastern Europe, especially in Romania. Adrienne is proficient in six languages. She is Associate Professor at the international MBA institute of Steinbeis University Berlin and is generally considered the intercultural Expert for Romania. She has authored the book ”Beruflich in Rumänien“ (Doing Business with Romania).
